  1. Acknowledgment of Terms

By signing this service agreement, you, the client, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • This agreement does not constitute an employment opportunity.
  • You affirm that you are making this purchase voluntarily and have discussed the terms with Connect and Close.
  • You acknowledge that no representations regarding potential earnings have been made by any representative of Connect and Close and that no specific income projections have been provided.

  1. Payment Authorization

You authorize a one-time activation fee from Connect and Close and to initiate regular monthly hosting charges to your designated credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) for the services rendered.
The billing details are as follows:

  • One-time activation fee
  • Hosting fees: $ 00.00 (waived)
  • Transaction description: Charges will appear on your bank statement as “Connect and Close.”
  • Notification of charges: You agree that no prior notification will be given unless the amount or billing date changes, in which case you will receive at least 10 days’ notice.
  1. Services Provided

The following services will be included in your subscription:

  • Website development and marketing.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Initial Subscription Cancellation:

  • You have 3 business days from the date of signing to cancel your agreement and apply for a full refund.
  • Cancellations beyond this 3-business-day period will not qualify for a refund.

Monthly Subscription Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation of your subscription, access to the website will terminate at the beginning of the next billing cycle, and you will not receive a prorated refund for any monthly payments made.
  • No refunds are given for hosting subscriptions. All cancellation requests should be sent via email to: support@connectandclose.io 
  1. Billing Cycles & Expiration Dates
  • The date on which you sign this document will be considered your service “Billing Cycle Date.”
  • The client will be billed in advance for the entire subscription period on the Billing Cycle Date.
  • If the scheduled Billing Cycle Date falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be executed on the next business day.
  • For instance, if you register on January 1, your first charge will occur on that date, and the subsequent Billing Cycle Date will be February 1.
  1. Terms & Conditions
  • Non-Affiliation: Connect and Close is not affiliated with any third-party companies, nor does it make representations to that effect.
  • Legal Governing Body: The agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Delaware.
  • Digital Signature: You agree that your digital signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, as recognized by the federal e-sign act.
  1. Breach and Charge-Back Policy
  • All subscribers must agree to this Service Agreement, which constitutes a binding contract.
  • A charge-back initiated by the client will be treated as a breach of contract, leading to immediate suspension of access to your website. Connect and Close reserves the right to pursue legal action for any breach of contract.
